American Suzuki Motor Corporation (ASMC) has unveiled its Suzuki Wave concept, a specially modified version of the all new Suzuki Grand Vitara at the recent Detroit Motor Show.

Designed for life enthusiasts, adventurers and thrill seekers, the Suzuki Wave is part of the Suzuki LIFE VEHICLE Concept series, that ASMC will display at various auto shows and lifestyle events around the United States.

The series includes the Suzuki Blizzard, designed for lovers of snow sports, the Suzuki Sea for those who enjoy fishing, the Suzuki Dune perfect for dirt bike riders and of course the Suzuki Wave for the serious water skier.

Tagged as the UTV- Ultimate Tailgate Vehicle, the funky new Suzuki Wave concept is aimed at individuals who enjoy good times and live life to the fullest.

The Suzuki Wave takes the all new Grand Vitara and replaces the steel roof with a folding top, offering a convertible option in fine weather.

The cargo area of the vehicle has also been reworked, with the fitment of doors and a slide out unit that contains a stand alone cooking grill and cooler for days out with friends.

An in-dash NAV/GPS provides all the technology you need to find your way to the latest event or stadium or that perfect launching spot on the water.

Monitors have been built in to the back of the front headrests allowing -passengers to watch the latest DVD release.

The Suzuki Wave also features a rear facing camera to assist in hooking up the boat and/ or campervan and boasts a towing capacity of 1360kg.
