The Tap Doctor, a rapidly expanding and unique plumbing company, has taken delivery of their 53rd specially equipped Mercedes-Benz Vito van as part of their world-class mobile showrooms.

“The Vito van plays an important role in our business, not only do they look very impressive, they also drive extremely well and the fuel consumption is outstanding”, said Mr Phil Hargrave, CEO of The Tap Doctor.

Like Mercedes-Benz’s range of light commercial vehicles, Tap Doctor plumbers ensure service excellence and are required to meet stringent performance standards.

“The Mercedes-Benz brand has helped us grow our business so much. The quality and prestige of the vehicle has been one of the major factors in this growth. The unique appearance of our vans combined with them being Mercedes-Benz gives a lot of confidence to our customers”, said Mr Hargrave.

“The Mercedes-Benz Vito offers customers high quality, reliable and economic transport solutions with options to suit all business types”, said Campbell York, senior executive, responsible for Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles.

“The Tap Doctor is a perfect example of the Vito providing an opportunity for a business to build reputation and confidence through the vehicle they choose”, he said.

The Vito continues to be popular in Australia with 1,791 deliveries in 2005 creating a record for the model and a 7.8 per cent increase on the previous year.
