But while there will be cars to delight every Holden fancier, the event will also be a family day, with a band, disco, children’s rides and other activities keeping less ardent fans occupied.
Around 250 of the cars on display will be judged during the day, with 140 trophies up for grabs in a number of categories for standard, modified and custom cars.
Holdens will be displayed in model groups, with the numerous Holden Clubs and Registers trying to outdo each other for major awards and to attract new members.
A ‘Hoon’s Paddock’ will also show off some of the most extraordinary Holdens every built.
Tickets costs $10 for adults with children under 16 accompanies by an adult admitted free. Gates open at 9.30am and no dogs are allowed.
Vehicle entry costs $40 Judged and $20 Not Judged, but no entries will be accepted on the day.
